Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in LCCI/Accounting/Business Studies/Administration/Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or those who have 1 year of work experience in related fields.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Responsible for college branding, advertising and promotional marketing activities, such as roadshows, lectures, education fairs, etc.
• Responsible for recruiting activities and meeting sales targets.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts.
• Respond to inquiries from social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Gmail and to be updated on College news and events.
• Maintain a system of records for student data obtained from marketing activities.

• Assist with general administrative and operational work of the office.
• Manage phone calls and communications (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
• Maintain and update records and databases of personnel, financial and other data.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Knowledge of using SQL would be even more desirable.
• Able to work independently.
• Ability to meet tight schedules and deadlines.
