Manage daily end-to-end operations of online stores, including order fulfilment, packing, logistics, inventory synchronization, product orders, product listing accuracy, sales performance, etc.
Respond to online customer inquiries across various channels for both pre-sales and after-sales needs
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Develop eye-catching graphics and promotional visuals for social media, campaigns, and e-commerce platforms using Canva
Lead the production of platform-optimized short-form videos, from the initial script to final edit
Analyse and report on key metrics such as engagement, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights with actionable recommendations
Identify and develop process improvements to enhance efficiency across key business functions, such as order fulfilment, chat handling, content creation, and customer order management (as required)
Manage end-to-end live streaming sessions, taking ownership from initial concept through to post-session follow-up
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
