Job Responsibilities: -Provide professional advice and assist on marketing and operation process. Support Reception Area -Manage enquiries and school tour. -Ensure data of leads and applications are entered and maintained accurately in database management systems and on various platforms in use. -Manage all student visa/pass and guardian pass including to apply, renew and cancel matter by liaising with related government department. -To perform full spectrum of marketing and administrative duties. -Work closely with the Admission & Marketing team to market school events such as exhibitions and roadshows. Job Specification: -Minimum possess Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration or related fields. -Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the education industry or hospitality industry with involvement in customer relations or equivalent. -Familiar with international school education and have some understanding of the expat community. -Multilingual ability is an added advantage; -Proficient communicator both oral and written; -Able to work beyond normal working hours when needed.
