Job Description

KEY DUTY

  • Develop marketing plan and campaigns
  • Execute marketing plans and campaigns hands-on and with support from team.
  • Review past marketing plans and campaigns for future improvement and best practice.
  • Handle Media & Press work
  • Handle and coordinate all incoming media enquiries.
  • Conceptionalise and execute PR campaigns and events.
  • Coordinate and prepare for interviews and features
  • Prepare and provide needed information and visual material for press.
  • Prepare press releases, newsletter and homepage updates.
  • Marketing Projects
  • Evaluate and handle proposed marketing projects and collaboration requests brought forward to us by other companies.
  • Develop own ideas for marketing and promotional collaborations.
  • Assist management from time to time to develop new concepts and help out on business development related projects.
  • Promotions - A&P Planning \xe2\x80\x93 Researching, planning, executing, controlling.
  • Developing and execute promotional concepts.
  • Communicate A&P activities to customers.
  • Develop A&P Materials together with graphic designer.
  • Liase and coordinate with malls and/or department stores management on activities & promotions.
  • Online Marketing - Coordinate, plan and execute online activities, promotions and campaigns. Coordinate with all parties on online selling activities on a daily basis. Build up brand awareness, online database and content for blog and social media.
Other responsibilities:
  • DOCUMENTATION: Document processes in order to develop along the way operational procedures based on best practises.
  • REPORTING: When and where needed prepare reports
  • PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Management of subordinates, media, celebrities/influenzers, customer and contractors/suppliers relationships.
  • RULES & REGULATIONS: Adhere to management rules, operating procedures and management instructions, as well as company handbooks.
QUALIFICATION Preferable Marketing related studies and relevant trainings. EXPERIENCE Preferably:
  • Drive for results and leaderships skills
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  • Experience in digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies/plans and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and spoken
COMPETENCY & Preferably:
SKILL - min 2 years experience in fashion marketing related field
- experience in fashion or FMCG industry
- proven working experience in marketing planning & PR work Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
