Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Executive, responsible for driving brand awareness and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales / Business Development

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet sales targets Prepare sales forecasts, monthly or quarterly sales reports. Handle customer enquiries, respond quickly, and convert leads into customers. Collect payment / manage receivables from customers / clients. Handle customer complaints or feedback and follow up to maintain good relationships

Marketing

Develop and execute marketing strategies (online and offline) to promote products or services. Conduct market research: monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Create marketing materials: content for social media, email campaigns, brochures, promotional collaterals. Plan and organize events, roadshows, or promotional activities to drive brand awareness or sales. Coordinate with external agencies (creative, PR) and internal teams (sales, product) for marketing execution.

Digital / Social Media Marketing

Manage social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to engage customers and generate leads. Create content (posts, stories, reels) and run digital marketing campaigns. Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies. Collaborate with sales to convert online engagement / leads into actual sales.

Skills & Qualifications Typically Required

:

Diploma or Degree in

Marketing, Business, or related field

. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of marketing channels (digital and traditional). Ability to use MS Office (especially Excel) for sales reports and data. Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. For digital marketing roles: experience in social media, content creation, and analytics

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
