Role Overview



We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented

Marketing Customer Service / Sales Executive

to join our growing team at

Mesinkira

. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with customers, promoting products, and driving sales growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound communication with clients, assisting in marketing campaigns, and supporting sales operations activities.

Key Responsibilities



1. Customer Service & Relationship Management



Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, or social platforms. Provide professional and timely responses to customers, ensuring a positive service experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Handle after-sales support, complaints, and service recovery when needed.

2. Sales & Revenue Support



Promote and sell company products and services to achieve monthly sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients (online and offline). Assist in follow-ups with leads, quotations, and closing sales. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.

3. Marketing & Campaign Execution



Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team on social media content, events, and campaigns. Collect and report market feedback, customer trends, and competitor insights. Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events to promote brand awareness.

Qualifications & Experience



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of working experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Bahasa Melayu & English). Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Experience in retail, tech, or SME customer environments will be an added advantage.
