- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Confidence and negotiating skills.
- Able to travel between Kuching and Sibu.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
- Computar literate, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and project management skills.
- Manage promoter team and roving team in Kuching and Sibu area.
- Conduct training for team members to maximize their potentials.
- Create, maintain and update marketing development documentation.
- Support team members with other responsibilities as required.
- Grow business through the development of projects and events.
- Leaves Entitlements.
- Business (eg. Shirt).
- Yearly Increment and Bonus
