They are looking for a passionate, hardworking, customer-focused and detail-oriented Marketing Director to be part of the leadership team to drive customer acquisition and growth. They hire only builders - people who like to invent, enjoy problem-solving and are outcome driven.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and overseeing all aspects of the company\'s overall marketing strategies to acquire new customers for Axrail AI platform
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive company brand awareness, engagement and software platform revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Marketing Lead (Event) to achieve business goal
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team by providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation to ensure the team success and growth
  • Oversee website design, user experience, and optimize a seamless and engaging online presence that converts visitors into customers
  • Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to maximize ROI and meet performance goals
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, to align digital marketing initiatives with broader company strategies. Collaborate with external agencies if needed
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Recommend and implement new strategies and tools to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Advertising or related field
  • 15+ years experience in Digital Marketing / Marketing role, preferably in IT industry
  • Excellent command in English. Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are Plus.
  • Experienced with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin and Google advertising (Paid Campaign, SEM, SEO, Audience targeting)
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills - Ability to analyze complex datasets and convert them into actionable insights for driving business growth
  • Tech savvy and familiar with online marketing tools
