Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From: 11am-7.30pm
• Work Days: Tuesday To Sunday (Monday Off)
• Tuesday & Wednesday at Office
• Thursday - Sunday at Shop

Job Scope:

• Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
• Share behind-the-scenes, client results, and service highlights
• Respond to DMs, calls, and WhatsApp for enquiries and bookings
• Follow up with leads and help fill daily appointment slots
• Upsell services and update simple admin logs
• Work towards sales targets and track performance
• Support monthly promos and suggest ideas to boost sales and content

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales/ Marketing or any related fields
• Passionate about beauty & social media trends
• Creative with strong content creation skills (photo, video, captioning)
• Able to use instagram, tiktok, canva, capcut confidently
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in bm and simple english
• Comfortable with doing social media live
• Able to handle pressure and hit sales targets
• Good multitasking, organized & proactive in follow-ups
• Bonus: previous experience in sales, marketing, or beauty line
