Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Branding

Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies in line with the company's objectives. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and digital content. Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms with relevant and engaging content. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports for management review.

2. Event Planning & Management

Conceptualize, plan, and execute events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth event execution. Oversee event logistics including venue booking, catering, equipment, and manpower arrangements. Ensure events align with the company's brand image and marketing goals. Prepare event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.

3. Public Relations & Partnerships

Develop and maintain relationships with media, business partners, and stakeholders. Assist in preparing press releases, speeches, and promotional announcements. Explore and secure sponsorships, collaborations, and strategic partnerships for events.

4. Administrative & Reporting

Maintain marketing and event documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports. Prepare post-event evaluations and marketing performance reports for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and/or event management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator). Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines. Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing requirements.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
