Responsibilities:

Come up with suggestions to enhance the event\'s success.
Searching market trends to properly execute event (Social Media)
Meeting with clients to find out event details
Sourcing material and event necessities
The contact person with the suppliers to execute the event
Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
Proven work experience as event planner / coordinator , fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office.
Updated with social media apps & trends
Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
Able to work with minimum supervision
