Responsibilities Be responsible for all marketing collateral. Communicate with target audiences and create collateral according to their feedback. Assist in managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, and e-newsletters, when required. Write and proofread copy and ensure brand messages are consistent. Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials. Assist in the inventory of all marketing collaterals and actively prepare for the annual exhibition. Assist in sourcing advertising opportunities and placing ads in the press-local, regional, national, and specialist publications, depending on the organization and the campaign. Maintain and update customer databases and send out emails regularly. Organize and prepare for events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions. Update the company website, profile, online brand store, and product listing. Engage consumers on social media for the B2C market, such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Assist in handling e-store advertisement and ordering processes. Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization. Learn, understand, and collect in-depth knowledge about the brands and products that are under the purview of the company. Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations. Provide added value to the sales and marketing capabilities of the company. Provide customer service to existing customers. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Marketing / Business Management, or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry. Fresh graduate are also welcomed to apply. The ability to design in Canva or Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage. The ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
