Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategy & Planning



Afiliate Strategy Support:

Assist in developing and implementing the overall affiliate marketing strategy to achieve sales target in Tiktok & Shopee

Competitive Analysis:

Monitor competitor affiliate programs, industry trends, and best practices to identify new opportunities.

Program Structure:

Help define and maintain the commission structure, payment terms, and overall incentive models for affiliates.

Budget Management:

Track and manage the budget allocated for affiliate commissions, bonuses, and network fees.

2. Recruitment & Relationship Management



Affiliate Sourcing and Recruitment:

Actively identify, recruit, and onboard new high-quality affiliate partners (e.g., bloggers, content creators, coupon sites) that align with the brand and target audience.

Relationship Nurturing:

Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, building strong, long-term relationships through regular communication

Support and Resource Provision:

Provide affiliates with necessary support, including marketing materials, structure content, scripts, promotional offers, and product information.

Negotiation:

Negotiate commission rates and promotional agreements with individual affiliates or networks.

3. Campaign Execution & Optimization



Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor specific affiliate campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.

Creative Asset Management:

Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure affiliates have up-to-date and compelling marketing creative.

Link and Tracking Setup:

Manage the technical setup of tracking links, coupon codes, and other tools in Tiktok and Shopee

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Work with top affiliates to optimize their promotional methods, content, and overall conversion funnels to maximize performance.

4. Reporting & Compliance



Performance Tracking:

Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators

(KPIs)

such as clicks, conversions, Cost Per Acquisition (

CPA

), and Return on Investment (

ROI

).

Reporting:

Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.

Payment Processing:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of affiliate commissions and bonus payments.

Compliance & Quality Control:

Verify that affiliates adhere to the brand's guidelines, legal requirements, and program terms and conditions, addressing any compliance issues promptly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business study, or related field. At least 1-2 years experience in marketing, content creation or design-related field At least 1-2 years experience in affiliate / reseller management Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Creative, proactive, and able to generate fresh marketing ideas. Good communication skills Bahasa Malaysia Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellence in affiliate relationship Able to work in Danau Kota Setapak Manage fashion item (Telekung) for muslim attire
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
