We are on the lookout for a dynamic and outgoing fresh graduate to support our bank partners in the development of Allianz Bancassurance business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review and analyze marketing/ campaign plan and tools
Develop and support product training
Undertake, sales, marketing and product development projects (process, product and system enhancement)
Work with bank partners to develop and execute sales strategy for various bank distribution
Develop and maintain close working rapport with bank partners and internal stakeholders
Ensure Retail Banking outstanding are within company's credit terms
Explore avenues to support banking sales
Undertake any other assignment/ task as requested by supervisor, HOD or Management

Key Requirements
Degree in Business or Marketing related courses
Fresh graduates with outgoing personality and enjoy networking and PR activities preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly results and detailed oriented
