Kelayakan

• Certification/ Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Media/ Advertising or related fields will be an advantage.
• Possess knowledge in artwork designing and copywriting.
• At least 1 year working experience.
• Candidates without the above qualification but with relevant experience in property industry will also be considered.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holiday if required.
• Possess own Transport.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English. Mandarin is required as candidates will need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

Tanggungjawab

• Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company\'s project (i.e sales launches, promotional activities, events, road shows).
• Conduct market research, survey, and competitor analysis to evaluate the current market trend.
• To execute marketing strategies
• Design artwork and content copywriting
• Maintaining websites and social media activities and efficiently respond to customers feedback and request.
• Prepare weekly report for market updates, leads analysis report and etc.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
