Kelayakan

• Certification/ Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Media/ Advertising or related fields will be an advantage.
• Possess knowledge in artwork designing, create website, video editing, Facebook ads, Google Ads, will be an added advantange.
• At least 1 year working experience.
• Candidates without the above qualification but with relevant experience in property industry will also be considered.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Possess own Transport.
• Able to read and write Marketing and English. Mandarin is required as candidates will need to write Mandarin content in all marketing materials.

Tanggungjawab

• Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company\'s project (i.e sales launches, promotional activities, events, road shows).
• Conduct market research, survey, and competitor analysis to evaluate the current market trend.
• Design artwork. content copywriting, artwork designing, create website, video editing, Facebook ads, Google Ads and XHS.
• Maintaining websites and social media activities and efficiently respond to customers feedback and request.
• Prepare weekly report for market updates, leads analysis report and etc.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
