Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute physical marketing events such as workshops, booths, and client events. Design and develop digital promotional assets including event invitations, social media graphics, email campaigns, and landing pages. Write engaging content for event-related materials, social posts, and follow-up communications. Manage on-site event setup and ensure all brand guidelines are followed. Capture photos and videos during events for post-event promotion and future campaigns. Prepare post-event reports including feedback, performance analysis, and recommendations. Support general marketing initiatives and assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Malaysian citizen (mandatory). Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong command of written and spoken English. Basic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator. Proficiency in digital/web-based applications (e.g., Google Workspace). Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, especially during event periods. Willingness to travel and work on-site during events as required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
