Talk Empire Sdn Bhd or as known as Aishah Kassim Academy is a therapy Centre that provides a treatment for helping children patient in variations of delay cases and or diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, GDD, and other developmental conditions across the special needs spectrum.
We are looking for Marketing Executive to be part of our team to helping and giving more awareness to parents on special needs children.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning, develop, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Manage company social media accounts: content scheduling, engagement, and community management.
3. Support SEO and SEM efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
4. Managing the production of promotional materials and marketing collateral
5. Manage social media platforms and content to increase customer engagement.
6. Maintain and update the company's social media platforms with relevant and engaging content.
7. Manage customer feedback.
8. Explore and secure sponsorships, collaborations, and strategic partnerships for events.
9. Prepare post-event evaluations and marketing performance reports for management.
10. Participate in seminars and any programs or activities organized by the company.
11. Perform any other functions as and when directed by superiors.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and/or event management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing requirements Excellent computer literacy.
Proficiency with editing software such as canva/CupCut/PhotoShop and others.
