Job Description

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company's success according to trends and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the "art" of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Responsibilities

To prepare monthly marketing report and analysis on marketing activities. To prepare budget and approval budget expenditures. Preparing the DIMC claim submission to MMM, budget and monitoring Marketing expenditures. To organize events for company. Monitoring prospecting activities. Monthly visit to potential fleet customer and work closely with MMM fleet department. Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate or other subjects of sale. Support marketing section in its primary and administrative duties. Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success. Assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports / questionnaires. Update database with statistical, financial and non-financial information. Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses. Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills

Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM) Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends) Excellent communication and people skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Creativity and commercial awareness BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
