We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented
Marketing Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and product positioning across our key categories - particularly
Living Room
and
Home Office
. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand identity is consistently reflected both online and offline while helping shape how customers discover, engage with, and fall in love with our collections.
Key Responsibilities
1. Category Management
Support the
Living Room
and
Home Office
category teams by executing daily marketing and operational tasks.
Monitor category performance and trends and assist in implementing category-level marketing strategies.
Coordinate with sales, product, and sourcing teams to align marketing activities with commercial goals.
2. Brand Identity & Product Direction
Collaborate on identifying and shaping product directions for sourcing and manufacturing.
Recommend enhancements or additions to our product range by analyzing gaps and design opportunities.
Assist in managing and updating SKUs on the website, ensuring all product pages reflect consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity.
3. Campaigns & Product Launches
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute
buzz-worthy campaigns
and
seasonal launches
.
Coordinate efforts across digital platforms, email marketing, PR, events, and offline touchpoints.
Track campaign performance and assist in post-mortem reports to optimize future efforts.
Collaborate with the content team to ideate compelling storytelling angles and campaign narratives.
Provide input from an
interior design
perspective to align content with current design trends and customer aspirations.
5. Retail Display & Brand Experience
Assist in conceptualizing and executing impactful
in-store displays
,
pop-ups
, and
brand activations
.
Stay updated on design and lifestyle trends to ensure physical touchpoints reflect creativity and brand consistency.
Support retail and showroom teams with visual merchandising needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, Interior Design, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or brand management, preferably in furniture, lifestyle, or retail industries.
Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling, with an eye for design trends.
Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
Experience with social media, campaign management, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
Passion for design, home living, and customer experience.
