Grows and expands social media presence into social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube, website and etc
Create meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
Manage performance marketing ad placement for E-commerce, including creating and optimizing ad campaigns to drive audience engagement and conversions.
To responsible for E-commerce online order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
Assist in executing other marketing and communication activities eg releases, exhibitions, events, roadshow & etc.
Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Candidate preferably possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing in content writing, copywriting, or a related field.
Agency experience strongly preferred.
Fluency in social media: Hands-on skills and knowledge of multiple social media platforms and awareness of current trends
Creative & have knowledge in graphic design & video editing
Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams & ability to work independently.
