We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our cafe team. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and growing footfall through strategic and hands-on marketing initiatives. This role combines creativity, digital know-how, and a passion for food & beverage culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the cafe's products, seasonal offerings, and events.
Manage and grow the cafe's social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with engaging, brand-aligned content.
Coordinate with internal teams to design and produce marketing materials (menus, posters, digital ads, etc.).
Plan and execute collaborations, partnerships, and influencer/creator campaigns to expand brand reach.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance; adjust strategies based on data insights.
Support customer loyalty programs, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
Oversee digital channels (website, Google Business, delivery platforms) ensuring information is accurate and optimized.
Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
You Are an Ideal Candidate If...
You have 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector.
You are skilled in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.
You are creative, detail-oriented, and able to turn ideas into action.
You can work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
You have a good understanding of F&B customer trends and are passionate about food, coffee, and lifestyle culture.
Basic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) or photography/videography skills are a strong plus.
