The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive patient engagement, and support business growth. This role covers both offline and digital marketing, event management, content creation, and close collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns (digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising).
Manage the organization's marketing budget, track expenses, and report on ROI.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and insights that inform strategies.
Manage the organization's website and social media platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement monitoring.
Develop and produce impactful marketing content, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, blogs, patient education materials, and social media posts, to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Plan and execute marketing events such as community engagement programs, health fairs, wellness talks, and promotional activities.
Support corporate panel marketing initiatives and strengthen relationships with partners.
Collaborate with consultants, staff, and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.
Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in both digital and offline marketing is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of social media, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing tools.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Own transport (valid driver's license preferred).
