Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced or Higher or Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Marketing or equivalent.
• Two years of related working experience in a Finance or Telco or Insurance industry is preferred
• However, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply if grades are outstanding and have relevant internship experience in a reputable company.

• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours
• High level of interpersonal skills in building and managing networks and relationships, internally and externally.
• The ability to speak and write fluently in English and Malay is a MUST.
• Experience operating social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram will be an added advantage.

• Plan and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company\'s financing and fee income products
• Perform data mining and prepare database for WhatsApp, SMS and Email Marketing
• Brainstorm idea scheming for creativity and storyboard for WhatsApp Marketing, Email Marketing, Video Making & Social Media campaigns.
• Assist in copywriting, editing and publishing marketing materials
• Work with design teams to develop eye catching marketing collaterals
• Manage WhatsApp or SMS or Email or Social Media marketing campaign
• Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness of company\'s financing products to improve marketing initiatives
• Track and measure application and sales traffic, perform A/B testing on marketing initiative, and propose improvements.
• Manage other marketing administrative task.
• Maintain a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates.
• Collate data and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist and support new Product or Project Development
• Work closely and support Business Development team
• Provide relevant marketing support according to goals aligned, as and when required.
