About the Role

As a Marketing Executive, you'll help drive brand and demand strategies across precision agriculture to industrial automation. This is not a typical agency-style role. You'll be hands-on with real-world campaigns, collaborate with our commercial and tech teams, and take the lead on events, exhibitions, and outreach programs that shape the future of industry solutions in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Management:

Roll out on-ground marketing campaigns to drive awareness and qualified leads.

Events & Exhibitions:

Lead the coordination of Aonic's presence at industry events and roadshows, including vendor management, booth setup, on-ground execution, and lead generation.

Content & Collateral Development:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop a wide range of marketing materials, including product flyers, sales kits, event backdrops, social media assets, and email templates to support campaigns across all touchpoints.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, sales, operations, and branch teams across Malaysia to ensure seamless execution across the Agriculture and Industrial verticals.

Performance Reporting:

Monitor KPIs like campaign ROI, event leads and and support timely reporting for internal reviews.

About You

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Proven ability to coordinate events, exhibitions or roadshows is an added advantage. Strong attention to details, collaborative, and solution-oriented. Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and meeting tight timelines. Able to travel within Malaysia for marketing activations.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
