Job Description

Job Scope :

Brand Promotion:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the resort's visibility and reputation.

Digital Marketing:

Manage social media, website content, and online advertising to engage potential guests.

Public Relations:

Coordinate with media, influencers, and bloggers to generate positive coverage.

Event Marketing:

Plan and promote resort events, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.

Market Research:

Analyze trends, guest preferences, and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.

Advertising & Collateral:

Oversee the creation of promotional materials, brochures, and digital assets.

Partnerships & Sponsorships:

Collaborate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and local businesses for joint promotions.

Guest Engagement:

Implement loyalty programs and personalized marketing strategies to enhance guest experience.

Other duties as assigned by the management such as assisting other department to support operations. Multitask
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

2-5 years in marketing roles, preferably in hospitality or resort settings.

Skills:

Strong creativity, digital marketing expertise, excellent communication, and proficiency in marketing tools.

Property Management System:

IDB System

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
