Conduct personal sales visit, organize sales promotion, expand and manage client relationship by analyzing their data
Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
Research potential markets and bring in new clients
Strategic planning to improve client results with performance reviews and establish a timeline of performance to meet sales target
Establishing and overseeing internal budgets (sales and expenses) in the company and obtain external sales projection from the client.
Responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to meet sales target
Develop a business plan and strategy for the market that can ensure the achievement of sales and profit targets
Monitor and evaluate existing product performance, recommend and implement appropriate pricing and distribution strategies to achieve desired sales and profit result
Provide sales forecast, development plans and product diversification
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Drive solution/concept selling via Ideation sessions and manage the entire process from the initial stage to the launch stage
Co-ordinate with internal business support from R&D, Marketing and related functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan
Possess knowledge and experience in Food Service industry will be added advantage.
