Job Description


As a Marketing Executive for Cleanroom Gloves, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness, demand, and sales of our cleanroom glove products within the targeted industries. You will work closely with the sales and QA / R&D teams to achieve our marketing goals and support the growth of our cleanroom glove business. Job Scope : Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Analyze market data to identify opportunities, potential customer segments, and areas for growth. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company\'s business goals. Plan, execute and create marketing plans or campaigns that encompass various channels, including online advertising, social media, digital marketing, trade shows / exhibitions, print materials, and etc. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Generate marketing content, including product descriptions, brochures, website content, and social media posts. Ensure all content is compelling, accurate, and aligned with the company\'s brand and messaging. Collaborate with the QA / R&D team to ensure cleanroom glove products are meet customer needs and are competitively positioned. Provide input and feedback on product features, pricing, and packaging. Maintain and enhance the company\'s brand image in the market. Develop and implement branding strategies that effectively convey the value proposition of the cleanroom gloves. Implement lead generation campaigns and strategies to attract potential customers. Nurture relationships with existing customers, gather feedback, and work to retain and upsell to them. Continuously monitor and analyze the activities and strategies of competitors. Identify opportunities for differentiation and areas where the company can gain a competitive edge. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired results. Create reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and organizations. Attend industry events and trade shows / exhibition to network and promote cleanroom glove products. Stay informed about industry regulations and standards relevant to cleanroom gloves. Ensure that marketing materials and product information comply with applicable regulations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing. Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance marketing skills and knowledge. Requirements: Possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent. Proven experience in marketing for at least 2 - 5 years of working experience especially in a B2B environment, preferably in cleanroom or within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries. Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people. Proficient and excellent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data.
