Job Description

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT (DOCTOR & INSURANCE AGENTS)



1. To visit 20 clinics, hospitals and insurance agencies per week to build rapport for patient referral.

2. To assist in organize marketing campaigns and keep track on any complaints or bad review / feedback and react promptly.

3. To prepare and present the monthly report to the Senior Manager on the marketing activities and results of implemented plans.

Development of visitation plans for AHNS clients including but not limited to corporates, doctors from clinics and hospitals, insurance companies and agents. Foster relationship between AHNS & clients Reacquisition / reactivation of inactive clients and approach and generate new clients as per KPI Organise health talk, community project/ events on AHN services. Understand local competitor strategies and provide feedback to the Management. Presenting AHNS to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails. To arrange periodic training to Front Office staff to ensure the current P&P of each panel insurance is adhered & accurately executed. To comply with AHNS Policy To execute any additional and ad-hoc tasks requested by the management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
