Job Description

The candidate will be managing the marketing and promotional activities of the companies services in the building materials/construction industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promotion of building material products to potential building key decision makers such as Architects, Designers & Building Professionals.
• Liaise with wholesalers, processors & fabricators.
• Collect market information on industry developments, new regulations and market insight.
• Assist in preparation for business exhibitions, trade shows.
• Establish good relationships with existing stakeholders and practice good customer management.
• Periodic preparation of monthly report

• Min 2-3 years of working experience in a marketing environment. Knowledge or experience in sales & marketing of building products or construction materials to Architects is required.
• Independent and resourceful, creative and have initiative to think of practical ideas
• Fair command of spoken and written English & Mandarin, to write effective marketing correspondences, public speaking confidence, and writing internal reports for management
