Job Description

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Business & administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent is preferred.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Relevant background in the food manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
• Working experience in business administration, sales and marketing, and customer service will be a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; ability to communicate in Mandarin and Malay
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resistant to stress and capable of working under pressure
• Able to start work immediately will be preferred.

• Communicate with the customers and understand their needs.
• Provide support to the sales team.
• Proactive, attend to customers\' inquiries to ensure necessary actions are taken and followed through.
• Coordinate and be able to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth order processing until the goods\' delivery.
• Keep customers informed of delivery planning and arrangements, and notify them promptly of any changes to delivery schedules.
• Provide after-sales support when needed.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
