Overall Roles and Responsibilities

1. As a Marketing Executive cum Content Creator, you will be working together and supervise by Marketing Manager and responsible to develop a branding strategy and will be directly involved in maintaining and enhancing advance medical groups image on social including events and fairs to push promotions related to our product and branding.

2. You will also be involved in marketing effort of the company to help promote our services to the community we serve.

3. This will be in conjunction with the medical director and practice administrator.

4. You must create and manage required number of content postings for daily, weekly, monthly including seasonal period on social media platforms based on the targeted number of postings that must be proposed and approved by the management.

5. You are required to analyse the past and current clients' demographics profile to drive marketing focus towards potential clients through various social media platforms and recommend the most effective platforms for the company to invest in based on the marketing budget and allocation.

6. To bring in reasonable number of clients through social media including related events and fairs, and to achieve targeted revenue from them for all branches.

Content Creation and Marketing Tools

1. Create content for social media posting.

2. Graphic designing and video editing for any marketing tools.

3. To respond and manage inbound social media traffic, leads and inquiries.

4. To perform lead data collection and management.

5. Identify and execute plan to increase social media following and engagements.

6. Participate and coordinate social events such as medical fairs to create brand awareness and improve promotion strategy.

To be in charge of monitoring and processing any activities on e-commerce sites such as Tiktok shop and Dr Nazelia Clinic's online shop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
