The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand, products, and services. This role involves both digital and offline marketing activities, content coordination, and supporting brand awareness and sales growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and coordinate content posting schedules.
Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials (banners, posters, videos).
Coordinate and support promotional events, product launches, and collaborations.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using digital tools and prepare reports.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Maintain and update marketing databases, materials, and brand assets.
Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing activities.
Support internal communication and branding efforts within the company.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing (F&B, retail, or lifestyle industry preferred).
Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.
Creative, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
