Support and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance brand visibility
Plan and coordinate property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events
Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, websites, and advertising platforms
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and digital content
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Coordinate with sales team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with improvement suggestions
Maintain strong relationships with media, vendors, and external partners
Ensure consistent corporate branding across all marketing activities
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
At least 2-3 years working experience in property development, real estate, or related industry (fresh graduates with strong internship exposure may be considered)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
