Key Responsibilities

1.

Digital Marketing & Sales Funnel

Plan, execute, and monitor ads on

Meta Ads Manager

and

TikTok Ads

. Build effective funnels from

awareness ? consideration ? purchase

. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, captions, and call-to-actions. Manage inbound leads from ads, dropship partners, and WhatsApp inquiries. Prepare weekly performance reports (CPC, CPM, leads, conversions, ROAS).

2. Content Creation & Branding

Plan and execute the

monthly content calendar

for TikTok & Instagram. Work closely with the founder on creative concepts, UGC, and BTS content. Ensure content reflects brand's tone:

energetic, sporty, and local pride

. Design marketing visuals, posters, and event materials using

Canva/CapCut

.

3. Brand Marketing & Sponsorship

Manage communication and collaborations with

sports teams, universities, and event organizers

. Prepare and assist in

sponsorship proposals and marketing decks.

Coordinate event booths, team photoshoots, and sports activations. Track exposure, engagement, and ROI from collaborations.

4. Reporting & Growth

Compile weekly performance reports (ads, content, and sponsorships). Suggest marketing improvements and new creative ideas. Help develop internal marketing systems for dropship and campaign management.

Skills & Requirements

Basic experience with

Meta Ads Manager / TikTok Ads Manager

. Proficient in

Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets, and Excel.

Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Passion for

sports, creativity, and storytelling

. Bonus: Able to shoot & edit short-form videos (TikTok / Reels).
