We serve a diverse customer base that includes plantations, farmers engaged in both commodity and cash crop cultivation. : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our agricultural solutions, managing digital marketing efforts, public relations, and building strong connections with private and public entities in the field. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. 2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Search Engine Optimization(SEO), Search Engine Management, social media, and email marketing. 3. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts to refine strategies and achieve marketing goals. Public Relations (PR): 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, agricultural publications, and relevant industry influencers. 2. Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote our agricultural solutions. 3. Create compelling press releases, articles, and other PR materials. Above the Line (ATL) Marketing: 1. Plan and execute ATL marketing campaigns through traditional media channels such as TV, radio, and print. 2. Collaborate with advertising agencies to create impactful ad campaigns that resonate with the target audience. 3. Monitor the reach and impact of ATL campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize their effectiveness. Below the Line (BTL) Marketing: 1. Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies, including events, sponsorships, trade shows, and product demonstrations. 2. Engage with farmers and plantations directly to gather feedback and build strong relationships. 3. Collaborate with creative agencies to design BTL marketing materials and promotional items. 4. Measure and report on the success of BTL campaigns to assess their impact on sales and customer engagement. Government Relations: 1. Establish and maintain relationships with key government officials, especially those in state agricultural departments. 2. Stay updated on agricultural policies, regulations, and funding opportunities. 3. Collaborate with government entities to advocate for industry-specific events and opportunities that benefit our products and services. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business, or a related field. 2. 2-3 years proven experience in digital marketing and/or public relations (Portfolios, previous campaigns/projects etc. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: a. Must be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English 4. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools. 8. Leadership qualities and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 9. Flexibility for extensive travel to off-site.
