• Position Title: Marketing Executive (E-Commerce / Graphic Design)
• Working Location: Pandan Loop
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5 pm), Sat (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 12 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all trade marketing activity and plan both commercial & marketing activities.
• Work closely with Sales Manager.
• Handle customer relations (online & offline), manage enquiries across all touch points and assist with order fulfilment.
• Ensure that all product information such as pricing, promotion and stock level are up to date.
• Design collaterals including product brochures, posters, and banners that are in line with marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Facebook/Instagram and other Social media Ads.
• Create relevant social media content (static & video) for target audience to increase brand and product awareness.
• Manage e-commerce website and online marketplaces, including creation of new and updating existing product listings, ensuring information are consistent across all platforms.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and a flair for creative design.
• Highly proficient in design tools from Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Indesign).
• Good photography, videography and editing skills.
• Pro-active, able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
