Creative Content: Collaborate with marketing teams to produce conversion-focused content aligned with marketing objectives and customer needs.
Event Management: Assists marketing manager in organization of marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions for booth design, and promotional materials for events.
Performance Analysis: Maintain a marketing event calendar and prepare insightful monthly reports on key performance indicators and campaign outcomes.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance and results.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing.
Proficient in Mandarin, with good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia in both written and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Able to work independently.
Must be able to work at Oasis Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
