Working hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm / 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

Report to: Head of Marketing

:

Support Sales Expansion Team (SET) with product marketing strategies and sales enablement activities. Develop sales toolkits, including brochures, promotional materials, and digital content to enhance sales effectiveness. Plan and coordinate sales events, trade marketing activities, and product briefings. Manage inventory levels for sales and marketing materials, ensuring timely replenishment. Track and report A&P budget utilization, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to optimize marketing strategies. Work closely with sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams to support business expansion initiatives. Assist in executing marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence. To perform any other assigned tasks by superior from time to time.

Competency Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or any related field. 1-2 years of related working experience in Marketing (digital, brand, or campaign management preferred), preferably in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical industry. Computer literate, proficient in Canva will be an added advantage. Good presentation skills, and effective written and verbal communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (optional). Ability to work independently and function within a team. Candidate should be creative, collaborative, adaptable, results-driven, communicative, and professional in all interactions. The position shall be based in HQ located at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur. However, the candidate is required to travel as and when required.
