Requirements
Personality Requirements:

• Highly focused and completes tasks on time
• Receptive to instructions, not picky, and loves learning
• Ambitious with clear goals for the future
• Able to accept criticism, not opinionated or negative
• Has a plan for the future
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required

Responsibilities

• Managing ads, including launching, stopping, and scaling up ads (FB & IG)
• Responsible for content uploads and ideation on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book)
• Creating reply SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Filming ads and product videos
• Writing copy and video scripts
