Manage promptly on company multiple social media operation includes campaign ads creation + copy writing, attend end user comments/feedback/reviews & etc. (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube & TikTok)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend & performance based on the insights
Evaluate, explore, create and manage emerging technologies such as Linkedin Sponsored Ads, OBS, Facebook Catalogue, Facebook Shop, TikTok, etc.
Measure & prepare performance report of each social digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals + spendings to management in monthly basis (ROI and KPIs)
Liaise internally + coordinate with partner advertising/media experts to improve conversion results thru copy writing content.
Create, oversee & manage campaign/contest/giveaways/digital projects with related parties/departments to grow number of followers, review increment, build end user funnels & ultimately create sales conversions
Monitor competition & provide suggestion for improvement
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements: -
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business Administration or equivalent.
Social media management on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & Youtube.
Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Great interpersonal & communication skills
