Job Summary Working under the supervision of the Superior & Directors, the full-time Marketing Executive will carry out duties assigned to them in a professional manner. Will seek to gain knowledge of the companies\xe2\x80\x99 procedures and expand their work ethic. Key Responsibilities 1. To assist in the managing of any sales promotions, cold canvassing and prospecting exercise as required by the Company. 2. To maintain proper customer database and to enhance customer retention program and to ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries and complaints promptly and appropriately. 3. To build and maintain good working relationship with the office and corporate clients, relevant government agencies, members of the press, financiers, insurers and suppliers. 4. To assist in reviewing, evaluating and managing all sales operation processes to ensure smooth operation, in line with standard requirements and for continuous improvement. 5. To assist in managing a team of Sales Advisors and Admin Staff, provide guidance and identify developmental needs of the staff and manages resources effectively to produce optimum output. 6. To constantly project a professional image of the Company to the public. 7. To carry out any duties and job functions in which you may be instructed from time to time by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company.
