JOB JOB DESCRIPTION:- 1. To promote and build up market awareness of Imperial International School (IIS). 2. To counsel and successfully covert potential leads to become IIS students. 3. To coordinate and participate in education fairs, events and roadshows. 4. To assist in other marketing and brand activities of the department. 5. To initiate and maintain good working relationships with schools through good public relations. 6. Develop/update activities on Facebook, to filter and screen through information provided by third party before uploading, and to update important information/message as and when required. 7. Meeting sales objectives and target. 8. Making cold calls to potential leads. 9. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 10. Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. 11. Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company. 12. Have high sense of job responsibilities. 13. To exercise/execute best judgment in all related matter, inclusive of providing consolidated views or programme, timeline driven and understanding of the market. 14. Evaluate results and recommend appropriate changes in plans to achieve optimal results. 15. Is aware of and abides by all Company policies, procedures & relevant legislations. 16. To maintain positive image and ensure brand equity for the company. 17. To participate in marketing activities both on campus and off campus (local and international). 18. To formulate and execute marketing plans on targeted schools and regions and ensure that such plans are effectively carried based on the KPI requirement 19. To manage a list of programmes assigned and be the staff responsible for formulating and executing marketing plans to effectively market these programmes. 20. To provide accurate and updated information pertaining to Imperial to members of the public during course enquiries or marketing activities. 21. To conduct follow up on \xe2\x80\x98open\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and convert such enquiries into enrolment. 22. To organise events related to marketing on campus, in schools or in public places. 23. To ensure activities are carried in accordance to Imperial\'s brand image and positioning. 24. To collect market information and make monthly report on the information collected. 25. To render effective customer support services.
