Job Description

Responsible for the business docking of the e-commerce platform to ensure the smooth delivery channels of the company. Pay attention to the improvement of the logistics service quality of key e-commerce platforms, and promote the increase of the company\'s e-commerce business volume. Maintain the docking relationship with the e-commerce platform, and promote in-depth cooperation with the e-commerce platform. Formulate project goals and project plans according to the operation requirements of e-commerce customer. Manage and coordinate to solve problems in the operation process. Responsible for the extraction, processing and analysis of e-commerce daily and weekly report data provided by the data group. Formulate matching business improvement measures through data, and prepare problem analysis reports. Precipitate the key factors of business analysis logic and analysis report, and conduct in-depth investigation. Understand industry trends, be familiar with classic marketing cases in the same industry and other industries, and be able to share and learn experience in a timely manner. Responsible for the achievement of product business objectives, manage and monitor the business process, and optimize products. Sourcing for new prospects and business through a combination of lead follow-up, target account prospecting, and market research. Understanding of our target accounts business and how our services can support their strategic goals. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration and any related field. At least 1 years of working experience in sales and marketing is required for this position. Possess excellent presentation skills, own transportation and required to travel within Perak (daily trip) Dynamic, self-motivated, fast learner, excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work independently as well as in a team Excellent communication skills spoken, read and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
