JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customers' development and monitoring.
• Sales strategy planning and execution.
• To oversee domestic and international sales support activities.
• Maintain and improve sales turnover from existing and new customers.
• Pro-actively seek feedback to facilitate improvements in sales, service, operations efficiency and customers' satisfaction.
• Any other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by direct superior.

• Degree level in Marketing/Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, knowledge in Polymer market. Fresh graduates with right attitude will be considered.
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skill, a team player and able to act with acute sense of urgency.
• Excellent strategizing and persuasive skills with high degree of integrity.
• Must be proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin or Japanese would have an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
