Marketing Executive

who can lead our digital presence, create thumb-stopping content, and drive real engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Facebook Manage daily posting schedule Collaborate with influencers and run UGC (user-generated content) campaigns Track performance, analyze engagement, and optimize based on data Brainstorm and launch creative campaigns, promotions, and brand collaborations Work closely with designer/video editor to turn ideas into powerful content Run Meta/Tiktok Ads and optimise performance Write fresh, engaging copy for promotions, events, and message blasts Support lead tracking and follow-up with the sales team Explore collabs (e.g. influencers, local businesses) Maintain strong working relationships with partners, influencers, and collab brands Occasionally help with on-ground events and marketing ops across branches

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Advertising / Mass Comm / Events 2-3 years experience in social media, performance marketing, or campaign roles Strong copywriting skills and creative content direction Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, XHS, TikTok, and IG growth trends Canva/CapCut or basic editing ability is a must Self-motivated, well-organized, and obsessed with delivering results Able to multitask and meet deadlines independently
