Job Responsibilities:
Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of marketing promotions, campaigns, and events.
Maintain and update marketing materials, tools, posters, and resources for business centers.
Provide assistance and guidance to distributors in achieving sales and travel award (TA) targets.
Handle distributor inquiries, feedback, and conduct training or motivational sessions (both online and offline).
Assist in the preparation, analysis, and tracking of distributor progress for travel award programs.
Collaborate with the branding team on marketing videos, digital content, and campaign materials.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, promotion outcomes, and market trends.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
