Marketing & Promotion

Develop and implement marketing plans to promote clinic and healthcare services.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Manage and update all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Plan and schedule content, including photos, videos, and captions. Monitor analytics, engagement, and respond to inquiries/messages. Maintain website content and ensure all online information is updated.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

Create marketing materials such as posters, banners, brochures, and digital artwork. Design social media visuals, infographics, and health awareness content. Coordinate photo/video shoots and work with vendors when needed. Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and healthcare advertising regulations.

Corporate & Community Engagement

Liaise with doctors, healthcare partners, and corporate clients. Organise events, health talks, roadshows, and community outreach programmes. Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing kits. Coordinate marketing campaigns, outreach programmes, and promotional activities. Prepare market analysis, competitor research, and monthly marketing reports. Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Manage & liaise with internal & external business partners on planning & execution of communication & promotional campaigns. Any ad-hoc task required by the Company. To attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.

1-3 years' experience in hospital/clinic/healthcare marketing is required.

Strong skills in social media management & digital content. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop). Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or during events. Possess own transport.
