Purpose of the Role You will be a key member of the commercial team, executing the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing activities, to ensure that the key product and corporate messages are being clearly and effectively communicated. This is a new position in the company and will require flexibility as the role is incorporated into the new structure, but it provides ample opportunity for development & expansion. Responsibilities
Ensuring that NT\xe2\x80\x99s marketing materials are engaging and clear in their messaging
Ensuring that NT\xe2\x80\x99s key messages are effectively distributed across international trade media
Facilitating effective internal communication channels for internal corporate messaging
Activities Key activities will include, but are not limited to;
Supporting the Marketing team to develop materials suitable for new sales channels and customer support strategies.
Lead the design and development of company investment and sales materials
Oversee all company external, internal communications and messaging
Liaise and manage the relationship with key outsourced third parties, e.g. PR & comms, website management, media partners & contacts
Oversee and implement social media campaigns
Leading the development of marketing materials, both traditional and digital media.
Establish and closely monitor effective marketing KPIs, and track and review efficiencies of advertising campaigns (Social media, advertising & promotional campaigns) and prepare reports
Identify, plan for, execute and report on exhibitions and promotional events, both in person and digitally
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
Plan, prepare and deliver traditional marketing activities, such as in-store merchandising, posters, bunting
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time
Requirements & Person Specifications
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field, Master\'s degree preferred.
At least 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in marketing roles, and ideally at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of developing and implementing campaigns.
Familiarity with social media platforms - both organic content and advertising packages
Strong numeracy and ability to present reports in easy to understand language and data representations
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English to non-native english speakers, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.
Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.
Knowledge and experience of a multinational company is preferred.
You must be driven by a challenge and have the agility and flexibility to adapt to a very fast growing company.
You must be self-motivated and responsible enough to work independently on large projects.
Strong attention to detail, with a high level of self-management.
Reporting Lines & Supervision You will report to the Marketing Manager, and will work closely with the Sales team, New Product Development Team Commercial-facing senior leadership. You will work closely with the Regulatory & Product Coordinator and the QHSE team, as well as the rest of the commercial team. .
