• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant program.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin in written and spoken.
• Demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of communications activities with experience in copywriting or content creation.
• Basic phone videography skill is needed.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Drives creative ideas to the table and is able to develop unique yet practical marketing ideas.
• Structured thought process and strong analytical ability, and experience with operational execution.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively network within F&B industry.
• Data driven individual and highly motivated enough to thrive in a startup

• Tell the stories of brands through basic phone videography and concepts to convey an appropriate message to the targeted audience
• Spot and curate the latest trends and the hottest news to cultivate active community groups and our brands' social media platforms
• Responsible for ensuring videos are aligned with company brand identity (E.g. product images, festive campaigns, social media platforms)
• Work closely with outlet managers to execute GTM strategies to grow brands in terms of MAU, customer loyalty and new customer base.
• Develop, execute, track and measure performance-oriented marketing campaigns.
• Create viral branding campaigns that capture customer attention and drive sustainable growth
• Research and create post mortem reports on marketing campaigns to measure its success and learn from insights.
• Use data insights to develop effective tactical performance marketing.
